SHEEN provides supply chain management, freight forwarding, customs clearance, SFDA/SABER services, warehousing, distribution, compliance management, and consulting. Specific scope and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
Clients must provide accurate, complete information for customs, SFDA, and regulatory processes. SHEEN is not liable for delays from incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by clients.
SHEEN's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in which failure occurred. We are not liable for indirect damages from regulatory decisions by Saudi authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the Kingdom.
